Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: Free for orders over $50
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Requirements
We accept returns and exchanges for items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All items from our Closeout section
- Products marked as “Closeout Special” or “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
The Return & Exchange Process

2Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
3Ship Your Item
Package your item securely and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to our returns center:

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via our standard shipping method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll refund your original shipping costs and cover the return shipping. In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
