Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items from our Closeout section cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale clearance items
- Products marked as “Closeout Special” or “Final Sale”
Additionally, any personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective.
The Return & Exchange Process

Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Ship Your Item
Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to our returns center at:

Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
Refund Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you via our standard shipping method.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll refund your original shipping costs and cover the return shipping. In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
International Returns
As we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
